Straight forward enough games tonight
or are they??

Sadly it could be a case of shooting practice for the Westerns and Kevins tonight.
The Tones did battle bravely in their opening round loss to Dowdallshill but not enough to indicate a shock. The Cuchulainn gaels time will come, they have primary school of talent on the way.
Tonight however expect one sided games and lads looking to impress before the quarter finals I’m afraid.
Picks
The Kevins and Westerns

Right, it is quite easy to look at both teams on paper and on their record and simply say Hunterstown and Fechins to win. Championship is all about emotion on the night, allow me to present the case for the underdogs here.
If ever a team has a sting in their tale it is Tallanstown, they have a strong midfield and sprigs of talent in every line. The Plunketts proved the last day they are hard to beat and both sets of players will know each other inside out too.
Picks
HTown and the Fechins but I expect to go 50/50 here.

Was at these 2 games Saturday night and the 2 underdogs performed very well the Gaels could have easily won.Their full forward was very good. The second game was a good contest tones played nice football but westies dominated at midfield their no.12 Terence Sweeney was excellent kicked 6 points and 5 from play with either foot from long distances, tones could not handle his movement, surely he’ll be on your team of the week. His partner is the middle Anthony durnin caught alotta great ball too and scored a great goal.2 good games.
